Shipping policy

Age Verification & Adult Signature

To ensure a safe and responsible experience, we strictly adhere to federal and state regulations.

  • Verification: All orders are processed through a secure age verification system at checkout.

  • Delivery: All packages are shipped via Adult Signature Required. An adult (21+) must be present at the destination address to sign for the package.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us because no adult was available to sign, a re-delivery fee will apply. If you prefer a refund in this scenario, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

No addresses changes are allowed.  If you wish to change the destination, you will need to cancel the order and place another one with the desired destination address.

If package is returned to us, we will charge you to redeliver the package.  If the package is sent back to us due to not being at the destination address and you wish to get a refund, you will not be refunded the shipping cost.

Replacements

If you have any issues with our products, please email us photos and we will address the issue. We want to make sure you're satisfied as our customer and will go above and beyond to keep you happy.


We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if we determine that shipping to your location violates applicable local laws, flavor bans, or carrier compliance policies.  All purchases are subject to rigorous age verification (21+).  It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with their local laws regarding the purchase, delivery and possession of CBD products.
